Welcome Joey Robinson, Lead Technology Trainer and Developer, who
joined Reynolds Community College on August 11, 2014. Joey’s experience in K-12
education spans over a dozen year in positions as teacher, Instructional
Resource Teacher and Instructional Specialist. His experience in higher
education includes instructing at Longwood University.
Prior to his career in education, Joey served the United States
Marine Corps and traveled extensively to countries such as Afghanistan, Greece,
Spain, Turkey and South America. Joey feels that through his tour of duty he
was able to gain many new experiences.
Joey received his Bachelor of Science degree in Health and
Physical Education from Longwood University. He earned a Masters of Education
in Curriculum and Instruction from Averett University.
Joey currently resides with his wife and their two children, ages
12 and 2. He enjoys the outdoors and spending time with family.
