Microsoft Office 2013 - Word, Excel and PowerPoint – Due to multiple requests from faculty and staff wanting to brush up on their skills, multiple Introductory Excel, PowerPoint and Word sessions have been added. Please see calendar for dates.
Google Drive – With your VCCS Gmail account, you have access to Google Drive. Google Drive allows you to store various types of files, to have access to your files remotely and to share your files with others elimination email distribution. Storing and sharing files in Google Drive is becoming increasingly popular among faculty and staff for document sharing, collaboration and storage for Google Sites. Note: Google Drive training is a prerequisite for developing a Google Site or Blogger.
SharePoint Workshops – We have received several requests for SharePoint training and are offering several sessions during the week of spring break. However, since everyone has various needs and questions, we will be conducting “workshops” to accommodate requests. Please submit topics you would like covered in the workshop by 5:00 PM Friday March 18, 2016 CLICK HERE to register.

YouTube – Begin using YouTube for your course videos. Blackboard limitations can hinder the use of multimedia in your courses. This session will cover creating a YouTube channel, uploading productions and successful distribution within Blackboard (and other locations). Media files will be provided for training purposes.
